Our Creative Experience
Innishannon's origins come from the London stage, creating scenic and stage lighting designs.
Andrew Collins (our president) spent many years touring the world with stage shows and international performers.
After emigrating to the USA, thou prior to forming Innishannon Company, Andrew Collins continued designing stage sets and lighting for Theater, Film, TV, Concert tours, Fortune 500 companies as well as Charity Galas such as Diffa, Cattle Barron's Ball and even the White House Communications Agency.
Innishannon was born from a broad heritage of marketing, design and fabrication expertise. We deliver a unique spin on Staging .. We stage our way!

Innishannon believes each room is like an act in a play, it must tell a story, be complete in itself yet link one room or area to the next.
When presenting real estate for sale, it is critical every room, every area and every square foot demonstrates a purpose and value.
Anyone who has worked around cameras will tell you how the camera sees everything. Given our heritage from behind the camera, Innishannon is fastidious about detail, for that reason we always like to install over two days. One day to do the primary install. The second for the designer to walk around, sit and think, contemplate what is right and imagine what can be improved.

Take a look at the before and after pictures below. This home needed significant remodeling. While vacant all buyers would see were issues, problems, costs and contractors. However, with the addition of staging we were able to present an inviting opportunity. The color, style and dimension of the staging and set dressing (as we call it) distracted the buyers eye from exclusively seeing only issues, moreover the buyer could see the possibilities as well..
